Regarding the reservation and payment, below is the detail to take into account:
 
A seasonal rental contract will be sent to you by email or by post so that you can sign it and return it to us within 8 days with the payment conditions. Upon receipt of the payment of 25% of the amount and the rental contract, we will not fail to put the requested period reserved,  and to confirm receipt of these documents by returning (by email or post) the contract signed by us.
Possibility of payment for the rental: credit card, check, bank transfer, paypal and holiday voucher
 
Possibility to pay in installments, the balance must be paid 1 month before your stay.

TO BE PROVIDED ON YOUR ARRIVAL

* Deposit Mobile home, cleaning, barbecue between 750 to 850 euros: the deposit  will be returned after the exit inventory or within 8 days by mail, subject to any damage (furniture, equipment, and others). 

* Cleaning deposit of 100 euros: if cleaning is done when you leave, the deposit  will be returned after the exit inventory. But if you want to enjoy until the last day of your vacation, you have the possibility of unloading the exit cleaning, indicate it on the rental contract when signing. in this case we will cash this check.

* BARBECUE DEPOSIT of 50 euros: if the cleaning is done and no damage to the deposit  will be returned after the exit inventory or within 8 days by mail.
 
The Contract for your holiday insurance in the event of a claim (fire, water damage, etc.) which you can request free of charge from your home insurance. The lack of insurance will give rise to damages in the event of a claim.

The "entry" and "exit" inventory will be carried out with the principal tenant(s) on the contract only on the day of the handing over of the keys and on departure.

Warning !! : Reservations cancelled, paid  or not paid in full cannot be refunded

We ask holidaymakers to leave the mobile home in very good condition. 

Rates include: electricity, water and gas
Tourist tax per person per day at 0.65 (not included in the price)
Arrival of tenants between 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., departure 11:30 a.m. maximum, possible derogation to see with the owner and the manager

Internet access / WIFI on the site (paying) and a "Wifi" zone at the bar (free) with an activity pass in your possession.

Bathroom linen (towels, gloves) and bedding are not provided in the rentals (except duvets and pillows)

Don't forget your beach towels, sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases for the beds 
 
You will be accommodated in one of our IRM, Eleganzia or TRIGANO brand mobile homes of 28 and 36m² that can accommodate 1 to 6 or 1 to 4 people for your future holidays, located in a 4**** campsite.  in SAINT-JEAN-DE-MONTS in Vendée (85160)
Rentals are open each year from March to November.
