What does the pitch rental charge include? How much does it cost ?

Several criteria are taken into account concerning the amount of the rental of the location of the mobile home (on-site infrastructure, services, geographical location, classification of the campsite, etc.).

The rent includes daily charges such as the maintenance of green spaces, water consumption, electricity subscription and access to campsite facilities.

Gas consumption remains your responsibility.

Some additional services are invoiced separately, for example wintering.

Is my rent likely to increase each year?

The rent increases according to inflation for objective reasons, linked for example to embellishment work that would be carried out on the campsite.  

Can my mobile home be accessed all year round?

The annual opening period of the campsite is regulated in order to guarantee the maintenance and preserve the quality of our structures. However, we open for fairly long periods from mid-February to early November. So you can make the most of your mobile home. Outside the opening periods of the campsite, the mobile homes remain located on the campsite without occupation.

When I am not staying in my mobile home can I rent it?

Thanks to its rental management formula, we can rent for you. Our advisors support you in this rental management process through various tailor-made formulas that allow you to reduce the cost of renting the pitch. You can also rent it yourself.

Can we talk about an investment?

The acquisition of a mobile home must be considered for the long term.

This type of accommodation is not intended to generate added value, unlike real estate.

However, by opting for the LMNP-TVA status (non-professional furnished rental company with VAT option), you benefit from advantages such as recovery of VAT on your purchase of mobile home and its accessories as well as on the rental of your pitch.
