Terms of Sales
This rental is made under the ordinary and legal conditions in such matters and in particular those below which the tenant undertakes to perform, under penalty of all damages and even termination of the present, if the agent sees fit and without being able to claim the reduction of the rent.
1. DELAY
In the absence of full payment, it is imperativeno later than 1 monthbefore the first day of the rental, the owner may consider that the reservation is canceled and the tenant will lose the deposit paid.
Even in the event of late arrival or early departure, the reserved periods are due in full.
2. TIMES
2.1 Arrival times are normally scheduled in the afternoon from 2:00 p.m. and no later than 7:00 p.m. (maximum arrival call time in the car park). Departure times are scheduled in the morning no later than 11:00 a.m. (according to the managers' schedule). In case of late arrival, a supplement of 10 €/half hour will be applied.
2.2 Even in the event of late arrival or early departure, the reserved periods are due in full.
3. WITHDRAWAL / CANCELLATION
3.1 It is agreed that in case of withdrawal of the tenant(Only full refund in the event of closure of the seasonal accommodation and/or government mileage restriction):
- at least one month before the lease takes effect, the tenant loses the deposit paid,
- less than fifteen days before the contract takes effect, the owner reserves the right to collect the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent, as a penalty clause.
3.2 It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal by the owner:
- within seven days of the withdrawal, he is required to pay double the deposit to the tenant.
3.3 The tenant has the obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live in them “as a good father” and to maintain them.
All facilities are in working order and any complaints about themoccurring more than 24 hoursafter taking possession of the premises, cannot be admitted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the tenant.
3.4 The tenant has the obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by his act, his family or his relatives.
3.5 The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows, living rooms
garden, as they are in the descriptive state appearing in the accommodation. The tenant is required to report any breakage or loss to the owner and/or manager. The owner reserves the right to charge the tenant the total value at the replacement price of broken, chipped or damaged objects, furniture or equipment and those whose wear and tear would exceed normal for the duration of the rental, the price of cleaning duvets returned dirty, compensation for damage of any kind to curtains, wallpaper, ceilings, carpets, windows, bedding, etc.
4. INSURANCE / SETTLEMENT
4.1 The tenant agrees to operate his civil liability insurance in the event of a claim (fire, water damage, etc.).He will provide a certificate of his holiday insurance (provided free of charge by your insurance) at the same time as this signed contract. The lack of insurance will give rise to damages.
4.2 The owner undertakes to insure the accommodation against rental risks on behalf of the tenant,the latter having the obligation to inform him, within 48 hours of their arrival or when declaring the event, of any disaster that has occurred in the accommodation, its outbuildings or accessories.
4.3 The deposit is paid by credit card. The deposits must be made by bank imprints.
4.4 The tenant cannot oppose the visit of the premises, when the owner or his representative makes the
request.
5. SECURITY DEPOSIT:
An inventory of fixtures and an inventory of the furniture will be carried out on the day of your arrival and your departure.
The deposit (deposit by mobile phone or bank transfer) will be made at the latest on the day of arrival.
In case of damage and/or degradation, an amount will be requested. In the event of non-payment, the deposit concerned will be cashed.
If the amount of the losses exceeds the amount of this deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the damage at the time of the exit inventory. The owner, meanwhile, undertakes to justify the amount necessary for the restoration of the property. In the event of non-amicable settlement, an expertise will be made and the court concerned will be seized.
6. BED LINEN:
Sheets, mattress protectors and pillowcases are not provided in the rental. The tenant is required to bring duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases. He can also book them in advance for an additional fee.
7. TOURIST TAX:
The tourist tax is not included in the rental amount. It is due per person over 18 per day.
8. TERMINATION BY PLEASE:
In the event of breach by the tenant(s) of one of the contractual obligations, this rental contract will be terminated automatically. This termination will take effect immediately in the event of serious misconduct and, failing that, after a period of 48 hours after a simple summons by registered letter or hand-delivered against signature.
9. GOOD:
For any movable or immovable property, the only person authorized to take care of it is the manager whose contact details are given to you on arrival. Any request from another person will be charged to the tenant.
10. ELECTRIC VEHICLE:
Any electrical charging of a vehicle is prohibited on the site as stipulated in the internal regulations. Any customer arriving with a vehicle or electric bicycles, scooters, must provide a deposit of 200 €. In case of non-compliance with the rules of procedure, the deposit will be cashed in full.
11.COVID
In the context of the health crisis we are going through, the maximum is done to protect you. Thus, when the rentals follow each other within a period of less than 3 days, the accommodation is disinfected using specific products as well as a smoke bomb.
The full refund of the rental from the owner will take place in the event that the seasonal accommodation is closed and/or mileage restricted by government decision.
We remind you that the passes can be checked for any access to the activities. It is therefore up to you to respect government decrees.
12. PERSONAL DATA
