Do I need a health pass to be able to access the campsite?

Following the announcement of the establishment of the  health pass , the camping sector mobilized and we were thus able to obtain less restrictive measures for our holidaymakers.

Indeed from July 21, the health pass will only be requested once during your stay, from each newcomer (18 years and over) wishing to access services such as the aquatic complex, entertainment and then the bar and restaurant.

Either in digital presentation (via the TousAntiCovid application) or paper

  • A complete vaccination schedule, where the injection of the second dose of vaccine must be more than 7 days old.

WHERE

  • A negative RT-PCR or antigen test less than 48 hours old.

The result of a positive RT-PCR test attesting to recovery from Covid-19, dating back at least 11 days and less than 6 months

  Are we reimbursed if we cancel our stay following the announcements of 12/07?

Full refund in the event of a government COVID travel restriction or ban

CONDITIONS

What are the conditions for making a reservation?

The person making the reservation must:

  • be at least 18 years old

  • Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian.

 

ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY

How many people maximum can be accepted per accommodation?

For security and insurance reasons, the maximum number of people authorized in the mobile homes must not be exceeded 4 to 6 people depending on the mobile home.

The manager will refuse any person beyond the planned capacity and the number indicated on the contract, even offering to pay a supplement. When making your reservation, you must mention the surnames, first names and dates of birth of all the occupants (baby included). If you forgot to mention a person, you can call 07 68 93 32 38  

 

Is a baby considered a person?

A baby is actually considered a whole person.

 

VEHICLES

How many vehicles are allowed per booking? Where to park?

Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch 

You can park the second vehicle in the campsite car park

TOURIST TAXES

What is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the municipalities at €0.65. The amount of tourist tax per day and per person over 18 is not included in the price of the stay.

BOOKING CANCELLATION

How to cancel a reservation?

Contact 07 68 93 32 38. It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal or cancellation by the tenant, the tenant loses the deposit or all of the sums paid

We do not accept animals

WHAT IS THE ACTIVITY PASS AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The Activities Pass gives you access to aquatic complexes (outdoor and indoor swimming pools, spa, slides, sliding slopes and paddling pools for toddlers), children's clubs, various shows and a range of varied sports activities .

The price depends on the period (free for children under 4 years old)

How to pay for your stay?

You have the possibility to pay on the site for your stay by credit card, bank check, Paypal bank transfer, ANCV holiday voucher. Vacaf subsidized payments are not accepted. 

The stay must be paid in full 1 month before your arrival

How should I proceed for payment by credit card, check or bank transfer?

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

What are the payment schedules?

We offer different deadlines:

 

  1. By credit card when booking: 30% of the amount of the stay, 70% 1 month before your arrival

  2. By check, transfer, payal 30% of the amount of the stay, the remaining 70% at your leisure but the totality must be paid 1 month before your arrival

  3.   ANCV check payment of the stay in full must arrive within 5 working days. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled

If your reservation is made less than 4 weeks before the start of the stay, you pay the full amount of the reservation  

 

BALANCE PAYMENT

When do you have to pay the balance of your reservation?

  We must receive the payment of the balance of your stay at the latest 4 weeks before the start of the stay.

 

HOLIDAY VOUCHERS

What is the procedure for payment by holiday vouchers (ANCV)?

If you wish to pay for your stay by holiday voucher, please contact 07 68 93 32 38 

If you have chosen partial or total payment of your reservation by holiday vouchers (ANCV), you must send them by registered mail with AR or letter followed

COFFEE VOUCHERS

Are CAF vouchers accepted?

No, we are not Vacaf approved.  

 

WORKS COMMITTEE

Your Works Council pays for part of your stay and you would like to have a certificate or invoice?

Before the stay, you have the option of providing your Works Council with your booking confirmation. After your stay we will be able to issue you on request by telephone or email a paid invoice,

The file must be registered in the name of the beneficiary. No changes can be made after invoicing.

 

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

What does the price include?

  • Accommodation.

  • The location for a car.

 

Our prices do not include:

  • Cleaning, if you have purchased this service, the price of cleaning is €100 to be paid on site

  • Activity passes (additional charge)

  • Tourist tax

  • A deposit of an amount between 750 to 850€

AT CAMPING

GETTING TO THE CAMPSITE

How do you get to a campsite if you don't have a car?

By plane: Nantes Airport, then count about 50 minutes drive 

By train: Challans station then bus to Saint Jean de Mons (bus station)  

         Gare Saint Gilles cross of life then taxi  

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrival times: from 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Departure times: from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (according to the manager's schedule)

 

No arrivals will be accepted outside of these hours. No refund, even partial, will be granted.

In the event that you do not show up on the scheduled day, your reservation will be cancelled.

 

BAIL

Why is a deposit required on some campsites?

A deposit per accommodation of between €750 and €850 will be requested upon your arrival. 

The deposit will be returned to you on your departure after inventory in the presence of the representative who will carry out the inventory, and will ensure that the cleaning of the Accommodation has been carried out correctly and that it does not show any degradation or damage. If the cleaning has not been carried out or in the event of deterioration or damage, a compensatory amount may be deducted from the deposit paid.

No dispute will be accepted on your part, in the event of departure carried out without an outgoing inventory, 

WIRELESS

Is Wifi present in the mobile homes?

Wifi is chargeable in the mobile home, free at the bar.

To connect in the mobile home you can use the connection of your mobile phone

THE MOBILE HOME AND ITS LOCATION

Is it possible to pitch a tent next to the mobile home or on a pitch?

No, it is not possible to pitch a tent on the pitch.

Is it possible to install a motorhome?

No, it is not possible to install a motorhome.

Is it possible to book several mobile homes?

Yes, subject to availability

 

DUVETS, PILLOWS

Do the beds have duvets and pillows?

Duvets and pillows are provided in all our accommodations (except during the COVID period)

At all times you must bring duvet covers, pillows

 

Are sheets and towels provided?

Towels and bed linen are not provided. However, you have the option of renting bed or toilet kits (see additional service tab).

 

TELEVISION

Is the mobile home equipped with a television?

Yes, all our mobile homes are equipped with a television free of charge.

 

BARBECUE

Is the mobile home equipped  a barbecue on the site?

Yes, all our mobile homes are equipped with a gas barbecue free of charge. The use of electric and charcoal barbecues is prohibited.

ARE THE MOBILE HOMES SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?

No
